Wait List Policy:

MindBody sends automatic emails (please look at your spam folder) and texts if you are opted in for those, up to 90 mins before the class starts if you get into the class. If you think there is a chance that you cannot make it, remove yourself from the wait list by going to “my info” then “my schedule” and cancel the class. Please note that MindBody will add you at any time when a spot opens up even if it’s close to class time! If you got into the class, no show and didn’t cancel within the 4 hour cancellation policy window, your class will be forfeited or you will be charged a late fee if you are an unlimited member.

If you stay on the wait list and did not receive a spot in the class, you will not be charged for the class.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1.  What do I wear to pole class?

Anything comfy to move in.  No socks during class (slippery!) and high heels are optional.  Feel free to add some style to your outfit.

  1.  I haven’t worked out in years…will I be able to take a pole dance fitness class?

OF COURSE! Everyone can pole dance regardless of age, shape and fitness level. Pole dance fitness will help train and tone your muscles so each class becomes easier as you progress.

  1.  What level pole class should I sign up for?

If you are new to pole dancing, you must start in the Intro to Pole level. To move up in level, chat with your instructor to see if you are ready.  If you have pole experience, contact the studio with tricks/spins you know to be placed in the correct level.

  1.  What can I expect from my first pole class?

A fun and sometimes sexy warm up which can incorporate dance moves, floor work, fitness and stretches.  On the pole you will learn transitions and spins and probably giggle and make friends.

  1.  How do I become a team member at Studio 3sixT?

The studio will hire as there is a need for it. You are welcome to inquire by contacting the studio.
